The Utrecht Workshop kicked off the intellectual EUROCRIT work. In the lovely Dutch city of Utrecht. The participants discussed vulnerability and risk concepts, critical infrastructure studies and transnational history on the basis of a common literature list. Furthermore, further meetings and collaboration were on the agenda. In addition, this was the first meeting were participant got the chance to become more acquainted with each other.
